In Bioshock 2, the idea of combining certain plasmids together in order to achieve a new effect was introduced. For example, if the player were to use the Cyclone 2 plasmid and then use the Incinerate plasmid, the vortex created by the first plasmid would now be endowed with the effect of burning anyone or anything that stepped into the plasmid’s range.
